Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, AJ Cheaytelli immigrated to the U.S. as a political refugee. He earned a BFA in theater from MDC and an AA in Film Production from Full Sail University. He is also a director/producer and has founded his own production company, collaborating with non-profits, artists, and companies.
